  143. Yes it works with TOS 1.4 !
  144. I use AHDI 3.01 with one MEGAFILE44 with one extra buildin 105MByte SCSI Hard-
  145. Disk. My MEGAFILE-Cardridges are formatted with four Partitions 11-11-11-11.
  146. (512 Bytes per Sector).
  147. The 105MByte Disk is partitioned 27-26-26-26 (1024 Bytes per Sector).

  176.  The only docs I know of are found in the book "The Icon Programming Language",
  177. although there was an article in Computer Language in late 86 (by the same
  178. authors - Sorry, I can't recall the spelling just now, but it's the same folks
  179. who put together SNOBOL4....Greenwald? Groenwald?  The book should be available
  180. in any University library.

  182.  Oh! I do have the authors' name here - Ralph E. and Madge T. Griswold; no
  183. wonder I was screwing up the spelling.  The book is published by Prentice-
  184. Hall.  A pretty good book, paperback so not too expensive - and the language
  185. itself is pretty neat.

  208. I have written a streaming backup program that talks SCSI to the Adpatec
  209. Streaming Tape interface.  The hardware and the program work well for
  210. me.
  211. The next step is to integrated it with Atari's METADOS, if they ever
  212. release it.  This would allow access using Fopen, Fread, etc.
  213.  
  214. This software has been distributed to several people privately.
  215. Send mail, and if the mailers permit I will make it available on a direct
  216. mail basis.

  246. I have upgraded my MEGA 2ST to 4MB.
  247. I think it is an good idea to put also a condensator near each RAM between
  248. 0 and 5V. The printed-circuit-board is prepared for this.
  249. I also had to add three resistors (33 Ohm).
  250. Those resistors are for the RAS and CAS pins of the second memory bank.
